Job Summary

The Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections is looking for the best-in-class Customer Service Election Specialist I for our Voter Services Department. In this role, we want each Customer Service Election Specialist I to build an experience that is memorable and unique for each voter. This is a specialized clerical position that follows established procedures and policies in the Supervisor of Elections Office. Strong data entry, communication, and customer service skills are required. The ability to work independently and as part of a team on assigned projects and tasks. All employees must be willing and able to assist in all departments when needed. Our ideal candidate is highly autonomous, possesses strong written skills, verbal communication skills. The desire and ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment with a smile are essential to the position.

Education Training and Experience

Education: High school, G.E.D, or equivalent experience.

Experience: 1+ years of customer service experience or equivalent skillset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Essential Function of the Job Requirement: English and Spanish Speaker (Bilingual)
